Booking Policy
To confirm a reservation, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund.
Reservations canceled within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy
The maximum occupancy is 14 guests.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight at the property.
Property Care
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Additional cleaning or repair fees may be charged when necessary.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
Noise Policy
To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests and neighbors:
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are not permitted
Safety & Liability
Guests assume responsibility for their personal belongings during their stay. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Baja California, Mexico.
